Four easy ways to top-up your ASDA Mobile
You can top-up your mobile phone at any ASDA store and at more than 85,000 places where you see the top-up logo. With ASDA Mobile you'll probably find yourself topping up a little less often than other people, but whenever you need to, it really couldn't be easier.
1: At any store displaying this logo
You can top up at any store where the top up logo is displayed.
You can also top up at some cash points where the top up logo is displayed including Clydesdale, Yorkshire, HSBC and Barclays.
2: Use your top-up card
Simply hand over your ASDA Mobile top-up card and the amount of credit you ask for will be added to your ASDA Mobile automatically. Before you can top-up this way you'll need to link your top-up card to you mobile. Find out more
How do I link my top-up card to my mobile?
To link your top up card please call FREE on 2732 from your mobile and select option 1, and follow the instructions to link you card. Give the unique number across the front of your ASDA Mobile top-up card and the PIN number under the scratch-off panel. This top-up card is then linked to your mobile and any credit you buy with it will go on your mobile automatically.
How can I get an ASDA Mobile Top-up Card?
You can pick one up at most ASDA Check-outs. If you don't see any just ask an ASDA colleague.
3: Use top-up vouchers
If you don’t have a top-up card to hand you can ask for a top-up voucher instead (available at participating outlets). Then call the Helpline FREE on 2732 to put the credit on your ASDA Mobile
4: Top-up with your Credit or Debit Card
Simply register your Credit or Debit card by calling our Helpline on 2732 from your Asda Mobile and the cost of call is just 25p. You only need to do this once. From then on just call top-up from your contacts list on your ASDA Mobile (or dial 2732) and follow the simple steps to add credit to your phone automatically.
Please note:
- Credit does not expire as long as a chargeable event is made within 3 months.
- You are only allowed to register 2 bank cards per sim & 2 sims per card.
- To help prevent fraud when paying by card, we have a daily top up limit of £30, weekly £60 & monthly £120. Should you require to topup more then please topup via Top-up card or voucher.
- All cards must be U.K registered and with U.K billing address. We currently do not accept American Express.
