automated service is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Calls to the Automated Helpline from your ASDA Mobile are FREE, or 25p per call if you choose
to talk to an ASDA Mobile colleague (no matter how long you are on the phone). Calls to our
automated Helpline are free from abroad also. If you choose to talk to an ASDA Mobile colleague
from abroad this will cost 35p per minute.
